Agile users group talk, 18 September 08

Myself and a good friend and colleague presented to the Christchurch Agile Users group a few days ago; it went down quite well by the feedback we’ve been recieving – if you’re reading this and you were there, both myself and Ian are glad you enjoyed it – we enjoyed it too, the Q & A was excellent and it was great to get an insight into the way you guys go about your daily bread.

With some luck and senior management buy in around Christchurch (and New Zealand) Agile / Scrum as a way to go will prove the hype over time as the results are difficult to ignore. We want to improve the way business and software development is done and I personally have not found anything as effective (so far?!).

  2. Hi Tim,

Now that you’ve moved to Auckland, I’d like to invite you to the Agile Professionals Network events here – you’ve just missed one but we’ve got another one coming in a few weeks. And we’re always looking for new speakers as well as new members.

    Check it out at http://www.agileprofessionals.net!

    Cheers
    Carolyn (working party member)
